These terms apply when you use Bringr, operated by Omnis AI Ltd, or submit an appointment request or barber application.
Bringr and independent barbers
Barbers in the Bringr network provide services on a self-employed, independent basis. They are not employees of Bringr. Bringr helps receive, review and coordinate customer requests; the barber remains responsible for providing the agreed barbering service professionally.
Appointment requests
Sending a form is a request only. It does not create a confirmed appointment. Bringr will contact you to confirm availability, the barber, price, payment arrangements and visit details.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and address information, ensure the location is safe and accessible, and tell us about anything relevant to delivering the service. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Bringr as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Any applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
Barber applications
An application does not guarantee acceptance, work or a minimum number of appointments. Bringr may verify information and request evidence before onboarding.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bringr is not responsible for indirect losses or failures outside its reasonable control.
