Who is responsible for your information

Bringr is operated by Omnis AI Ltd (company number 17280346). We are responsible for information collected when you request an appointment, apply as a barber or contact us.

Information we collect

Appointment requests may include your name, phone number, optional email address, service, requested date and time, postcode, address and notes. Barber applications may also include experience, services, pricing, work areas, availability and portfolio links.

How we use it

We use this information to assess and manage requests, contact you, prevent fraud and spam, operate the service, meet legal obligations and improve Bringr. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and service providers

Information is processed using service providers needed to operate and protect Bringr. These may include Vercel for hosting, Neon for database services, Clerk for protected administration, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and email infrastructure used to deliver notifications. Access is limited to people who need it to operate Bringr.

Retention and your rights

We retain information only as long as needed for service, safety, accounting and legal purposes. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information where the law allows.
